Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, contact us at info@vibe-club.co with your #ordernumber or name on the order to receive return instructions.

RETURN PERIOD: We have a 30-day return policy in which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 30 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 30 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition with the products folded. Shipping costs are not refundable.

NOTE:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, our return address is in the Netherlands.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: Exchanges are prioritized and processed within a few days. Refunds are processed within 10 working days after your return reaches our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued, which may take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account.

RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, a €5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping costs we initially paid.
  • If you choose to exchange your item for another size or variant, we’ll waive the return processing fee.

The fastest way to get what you want is to request an exchange by contacting us at info@vibe-club.co and letting us know which size/variant you need. We’ll ship it out ASAP.

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?

If you received a damaged or faulty product, please email us at info@vibe-club.co with a picture of the issue. Our customer service team will work with you to find the best solution.
