Refund policy
RETURN CONDITIONS: All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition with the products folded. Shipping costs are not refundable.
NOTE:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, our return address is in the Netherlands.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME: Exchanges are prioritized and processed within a few days. Refunds are processed within 10 working days after your return reaches our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is issued, which may take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account.
RETURN COSTS: Returns are at your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, a €5 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping costs we initially paid.
- If you choose to exchange your item for another size or variant, we’ll waive the return processing fee.

What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
If you received a damaged or faulty product, please email us at info@vibe-club.co with a picture of the issue. Our customer service team will work with you to find the best solution.
